The protection of individuals about the processing of personal data is a fundamental right. Personal data is all data relating to an individual whose identity is established or can be established. An identifiable individual is a person who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular using identifiers such as name, identification number, location data, online identifier or using one or more factors inherent in the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that individual.
KASPI business incubator, hereinafter “KASPI”, as the controller, will collect, process, store and destroy all personal data in a lawful, fair, accurate and transparent manner by applying the “data minimalization” principle. Also in the processing of personal data KASPI will apply strict rules for the protection of personal data. In the processing of personal data KASPI will apply the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation and the Law on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Citizens whose personal data are processed can at any time request access to the personal data provided and request its correction, restriction of processing or deletion. Also, citizens are authorized to object to the processing of their personal data at any time.
